The standard deposit is 50%, the balance being due 14 days before check-in, and 28 days before check-in for public and school holidays bookings.
Breakage and extras deposit
$200
Tegwan's Nest may request a $200 breakage deposit prior to check-in or at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out less any costs incurred (which will be discussed first with the guest where possible). May also apply to extra cleaning charges incurred.

Visa and Mastercard for Australian residents is 2.5%, 3.5% for non-residents.

There is no charge for local (Australian) transfers.
Foreign transfers are welcome, all transfer charges are for guests account however.

"We have just come back from a three night stay at this stunning farm house. The place and location are fantastic. The amenities are excellent. The house is very clean and cosy.
Verandas are very spacious and welcoming with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Perfect to sit and relax with cups of tea/coffee or meal. We just wished there was a table with the outdoor setting.
Our girls enjoyed feeding the alpacas, bird watching and also the treasure trails.
It is so peaceful and quiet here. We brought our telescope with us. It is so dark outside at night and is perfect for stargazing.
Stuart and Bernadine are very caring hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and Els, the caretaker, was very helpful.
The place is much better than on the photos.

The Small Print...
SOCIAL POLICY
Tegwan's Nest does not allow or condone anti-social behaviour and reserves the right to evict any guests who repeatedly cause disturbance or friction with the caretaker or local neighbours.
PAYMENT POLICY
Guests may be requested to pay a 50% deposit depending on the season and availability factors. Guests can choose to make payment by bank transfer, Paypal or Credit Card. Tegwan's Nest accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX, but will pass on all card fees.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation fee 7-14 days from check-in is 50%, and 100% thereafter, as with "no-shows".
High Season, Public Holidays, Festivals, School Holidays and stays of 7 days or more: 50% non-refundable cancellation fee within 14- 28 days before check-in, thereafter 100% cancellation fee.
We appreciate guest plans can change unexpectedly, Tegwan's Nest will endeavour to refund deposits less costs if we receive another booking for the same dates.
ECO-FRIENDLY POLICY
Tegwan's Nest is an eco-friendly farm.
We do not use chemicals, sprays or any other harmful materials.
We have organic spray-free fruit (not certified) and operate entirely off rainwater stored in tanks.
We provide eco-friendly organic toiletries and cleaning materials for guest use.
We request that are guests do their best to support this initiative and be conscientious with use of water, which is limited source. (Let's not even get into the global warming debate!)
